Victoria Loi Tien Fen

Victoria Loi is a partner of Shook Lin & Bok, Kuala Lumpur [est. 1918], where she practises as a dispute resolution lawyer, primarily in the areas of arbitration, and building and construction. Victoria also sits as arbitrator and adjudicator, and is on the panels of arbitrators and adjudicators of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). She holds fellowships of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). She previously held office as Honorary Secretary of MIArb (2015-2017) and as Council Member of MIArb (2013-2015). She is also a member of the Society of Construction Law (SCL), Malaysia and was formerly its Honorary Treasurer (2017-2018) and Council Member (2016-2017). Victoria is a graduate of King’s College London where she read law as the recipient of the Malaysian Law Scholarship conferred by the University of London, and a graduate of the National University of Singapore where she completed her master’s degree in law.
