The 27th Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators ("the AGM") will be held on 4th July 2019, 6.00 p.m. at AIAC Hearing Room 9, First Floor, Bangunan Sulaiman, Kuala Lumpur.
Please find attached herewith a copy of the following documents for your attention:-
(a) Notice and Agenda of the AGM; (b) President’s Message; (c) Minutes of 26th AGM; (d) Annual Report; (e) Financial Statement FYE 31/12/2018; and (f) Hon Treasurer & Auditors' Report.
Copies of the aforesaid documents shall be available at Room 11, Level 2, Bangunan Sulaiman, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, 50000 Kuala Lumpur from 27 June 2019 onwards for perusal by members. Copies of the aforesaid documents shall also be made available at the AGM.
